Fall 2016: so many updates
I'm the worst.
You'd think a writer would enjoy writing things down, but that is NOT how it works. I've been galavanting about and working like a lunatic, and have neglected my poor little website. No updates for far too long. Let's work on that.
Here's what's up:
The film is moving along nicely. Our Indiegogo fundraising campaign has now closed, and we are still seeking additional funding in the forms of grants and individual contributions. In any case, we are shifting some of our focus to securing our locations and building our team. We shoot in December. It's gonna get weird. Interested in psychedelic neo-noirs inspired by William S. Burroughs? Of course you are. Check it out.
Living Room Playmakers and Trap Street LA
After much consideration, it's been decided that rather than form a dual-city company out of Living Room Playmakers, I will be setting up shop in Los Angeles at the helm of a new company called Trap Street LA. Our first show, Nautapocalypse, is coming in January 2017. Stay tuned...
I've got a few new articles up. My latest entry on VinePair covers my new obsession with Topo Chico, and before that was a triple-header on throwback sodas including: Crystal Pepsi, Hi-C Ecto Cooler, and Surge. I also published my first entry on the Swig blog, covering some basics on summer punch and oleo saccharum.
