NNPN / Kennedy Center MFA Playwrights Workshop

My new play The Memory Tax has been selected to be workshopped at the NNPN/Kennedy Center MFA Playwrights’ Workshop this summer.

I’ll be there July 27 –€“ August 4, working with a director, dramaturg, and a team of actors to develop the play and present a staged reading.

The play:

Set in post-apocalyptic America, where memories have become a taxable commodity, The Memory Tax follows a young couple’s struggle to start a new life together in the face of a hopeless, crumbling world.

So, y’know, your typical 90s RomCom.
